Deep purple-black, Killer Drop comes bounding out of the glass with notes of baked blackberries, blueberry pie and tilled earth with hints of tobacco and espresso. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is incredibly fresh, elegant and polished, showing plenty of power and energy in the midpalate. The wine is soft and beautifully textured with ripe, velvety tannins; it has invigorating freshness and a long, multi-layered finish of red berry and black cherry fruit.
