Founder’s Red Blend Petite Sirah+Zinfandel+Cabernet Sauvignon+Syrah+Merlot A luscious nose of dark fruits with a mix of blues, blacks, and reds,embodying a mixed berry pie with a subtle hint of fresh herbs on the finish.Showing great depth of flavor with good weight on the mouthfeel, exactly what you would expect in a combination of big, fruit-forward grapes!Firm tannins and good oak presence on the finish tell you that this wine means business! Zinfandel A classic representation of Zinfandel, while juicy plums and blueberry fruits dominate! The palate is full of apricot and red cherry flavors, giving it the “jammy” profile synonymous with Zin. Using just a small percentage of French oak, creating the right amount of char to leave a note of tobacco on the finish! Cabernet Sauvignon The aroma is jam-packed with fresh strawberries and fruit roll-up candy character. On the palate is a wave of fresh cranberries, Bing cherries, and shavings of oak and cedar. Acidity, fresh red fruits, and minerality highlight this bright, cool-climate style of Cabernet! Chardonnay Showing guava, sweet cream, caramel, and fresh popcorn- giving a sense of sweet and savory tones! Opens smoothly on the entry and builds to match the level of fullness from the aromatics.
