MAN Cabernet Sauvignon, Cape Coast 
“Old Rascal” 
87% Cabernet Sauvignon 6% Petit Verdot 
4% Cinsault 2% Cabernet Franc 
A lovely mix of new world fruitiness and old-world elegance! 
Garnet color with a ruby red rim, showing aromas of mint and pencil shavings, cigar box and dark cherries followed by cassis and red-currant fruit flavors on the palate! 
Ends with silky tannins and a long finish.
Pairs well with a wide range of foods, particularly red meats, poultry and rosemary infused dishes! 

Essay Red Blend, Western Cape
The Syrah base shows ripe plum, dark berry aromas and a lush, juicy mouthfeel. 
The addition of Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre enhances the blend with bright red fruit, just a hint of spice and richness on the palate! Complex with soft gentle tannins.

MAN Merlot, Cape Coast 
“Jan Fiscal” 
Named after the small bird that frequents the vineyards! 
Dark ruby color with aromas of plum, cherry and spices, complemented by earthy notes. This versatile wine has gentle tannins on the palate with hints of dark chocolate and blueberries followed by a long lingering finish!

Essay White Blend, Western Cape
A vibrant white wine that captures the essence of South Africa! 
This Chenin Blanc blend offers notes of pineapple, lychee and guava, while the addition of Viognier and Roussanne gives an aromatic lift and a touch of textural finesse on the palate. Finishes fresh & lively! 
A great choice for pairing with seafood, salads, or light appetizers!
