Our August Wine Club features exciting new wines from Washington and California!

United Ink Red Blend

90% Merlot 5% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Cabernet Franc

A bold and juicy rich wine, blended from multiple single vineyard sites in Columbia Valley’s Horse Heaven Hills and Wahluke Slope sub-appellations. Featuring dark forest fruits that mingle seamlessly with cedar and spice alongside a velvety, creamy finish! The label features a cougar, native to the Pacific Northwest.

United Ink Cabernet

90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc

Grapes are sourced from Columbia Valley’s Horse Heaven Hills and Wahluke Slope sub-appellations. “The aromas are perfumed, with notes of Stargazer lily, orange zest and plum. The flavors are plump but the concentration light, with lightly grainy tannins backing it up.” -Wine Enthusiast The majestic American Bald Eagle, commonly seen all over Washington and Oregon wine country was chosen for the label.

Scotto Family Cellars Reserve Petite Sirah, California

86% Petite Sirah, 14% Sangiovese

Ripe plums and black cherries with a touch of vanilla combine to create the complex aroma. The full bodied, brawny structure is accented by black fruit and black pepper flavors. Lodi Certified

Sustainable Rare Barrels Rum Chardonnay, California

Aged 3 months in Rum Barrels This Rum-Barrel Aged Chardonnay opens with aromas of butterscotch, toasted marshmallow and tropical notes! Silky with warm spice, coconut, molasses, vanilla and tropical fruit flavors pairs well with hearty dishes such as roast chicken with white truffle risotto and creamy cheeses!

United Ink Riesling

Pale yellow-green in color, the nose begins with lime citrus, fresh apricot and stone minerals. The palate is slightly off-dry showcasing the ripe fruit and balance with acidity into the finish. Sourced from a single vineyard site in the Rattlesnake Hills sub-appellation of the Columbia Valley, the label features a Sockeye Salmon, found in prodigious quantities in the Columbia River and its tributaries.

Pink Umbrella Lemon Rosé, California

A flavorful carbonated blend of rosé and natural lemon flavor! Our favorite grownup version of pink lemonade! THINK PINK!

In addition to your August Wine Club this month, you can also find United Ink Pinot Noir on the shelf, in our store! Grapes for this wine were sourced from vineyard holdings in Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley and Dundee Hills wine appellations.
